Ride Safety
An enjoyable ride is a safe ride!
Overview
Bikes and Beers Adventures has a responsibility to all riders and employees participating in our rides.
Our third party insurance provides coverage which applies during the specific trip.
You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different
restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your
existing policy. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer, insurance agent or broker.
Waivers will apply as applicable
Equipment
- Mountain Bike with functional front and rear brakes.
- Please check to make sure both tires have good tire pressure, brakes are working good and shifting is operation on the bike.
- Helmet (No Exceptions)
- A tube that is the size of their bike.
Clothing
- Good shoes, no sandals, boots, or crocs!!!
- Rain gear (If weather is bad)
- rain pants
- shorts
- Warm (preferably thermal/not cotton) undershirt.
- Jacket (If weather is cool)
- Knee and Elbow Pads
- Gloves
What We Provide
Exceptional Guides
Each of our trips has a minimum of two First Class Guides.
We always have one guide in our support vehicle and the other cycling along side you.
They’ll fill up your water bottles, provide trail insight and carry spare tubes.Trained Mechanics
Each tour includes a trained bike mechanic ready quickly to fix any flat
and change your saddle height to make sure you’re safe and comfortable on the trail.Beverage Consumption
At Bikes and Beers Adventures we do not in anyway condone drinking and riding.
There will be no alcohol on the bus before or after our rides or in the parking lot after rides.
All alcohol consumption will be at the Breweries on tour.
