Membership Release and Indemnity

I acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the following release and indemnity: IN CONSIDERATION of being accepted as a member of and being permitted to participate in the activities of the Bikes and Beers Adventures community (BNBA), I hereby RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the BNBA and their officers, directors, servants, agents and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of actions, whether in law or equity, in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever arising as a result of my or my family's participation in any BNBA program or activity. I understand that this release includes the release of any liability which may arise by reason of any negligence, error or omission on the part of the aforesaid.
 
I declare that this release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. I FURTHER UNDERTAKE TO HOLD AND SAVE HARMLESS and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of my or my family's participation in the said BNBA activities.
 
I WARRANT that I am at least 19 years of age, physically fit to participate in BNBA activities and that my equipment is mechanically fit and suitable for its intended use in such activities and that I shall heed all traffic laws and wear a ‘CPSC’, ‘CSA’, ‘SNELL’ or ‘ANSI’ approved helmet while cycling with the BNBA.
